Hi there,

We are Eva, Stas and Alex – co-founders of OptriSpace. We believe that crucial part of any company is its people. Let us introduce our team 🙂

Eva “Avocado Girl”

I am Evdokiya Soldatova, I have been working in IT for almost 10 years. I started to work in this sphere from scratch and have come a long way from an analyst intern to a head of analytical group.

Last year my team and I understood that we needed some breath of fresh air from ordinary work and decided to launch a startup that could help people worldwide to find remote work and talent for their projects. Working on the blockchain technology, sure.

Describe something weird or unusual that you did earlier in your life.

In my professional life (as a system analyst), I abruptly changed the direction of activity, first from retail (after 5 years) to the metal working industry, and then after 2 years I changed it once again to an amazing brave new world of startups.

Who is someone you personally know that will have an incredible impact on the world one day?

I’m afraid that I don’t know someone who is changing the world personally, but I really hope that someday I will meet Elon Musk.

Describe a time when you intentionally broke the rules.

Sorry, I am a good girl. The maximum I did was to argue with customers a few times in my life, because their solutions were bullshit.

What books, movies, or music do you like?

Books: fiction, science-pop, psychology (the latest book that impressed me is “The Choice” by Dr. Eva Eger)
Movies: Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, etc (my favourite film is “Pulp Fiction”)
Music: Drum&Bass, Indie Pop (favourite musician – Tame Impala)

What websites (communities, blogs, etc.) do you find interesting?

For work: http://medium.com
For life: Instagram, Twitter, some Telegram blogs

Stas “Senior sexy boy”

Hi! I am Viacheslav Gariev. I have been in IT industry since I was 19 years old. I identify myself as a developer. I have been developing something for all my life – software, business, companies, etc.

What other projects have you built to date?

  1. Group of the IT companies.
  2. B2B marketplace for IT distributor.
  3. Core banking software.
  4. Several startups.

Describe something weird or unusual that you did earlier in your life.

I have a lot of unusual experience, for example, selling female underwear. The most weird thing I have done was to leave the position of CEO of the group of companies (which I had personally built) and become an investor of the startup.

Who is someone you personally know that will have an incredible impact on the world one day?

Me and my team. At least we have ideas about new business schemes.

Describe a time when you intentionally broke the rules.

Have been always breaking rules at any positions. In order to establish a new rule you have to crash the old one.

What books, movies, or music do you like?

Music: Pink Floyd – The Wall
Book: G. Orwell – 1984
Movie: Forrest Gump

What websites (communities, blogs, etc.) do you find interesting?

Pantera Capital, Etherium.org

Alex “Don’t interrupt me guy”

Backend developer & consultant with over 15-year experience. I have great experience in building scalable APIs for startups and refactoring legacy codebases. I am highly interested in DevOps methodology and try to automate my daily routines. I spend a lot of free time managing my Open Source projects because it allows me to improve my programming and time-management skills.

What other projects have you built to date?

  1. Price and discount tracker
  2. Two-factor authentication service
  3. Real Estate Agency CRM

Describe something weird or unusual that you did earlier in your life.

We spent about one year building an automatic deployment tool instead of hiring professionals and using existing tool to finish the project in a month. After that I was at a conference as a speaker and told everyone about this fuck-up.

Who is someone you personally know that will have an incredible impact on the world one day?

Me! I know myself better than other people, I know my strengths.

Describe a time when you intentionally broke the rules.

Once I stood against a CEO. He pushed the team to implement an unacceptable technology. Nobody dared to argue with him, except me. In the end, everybody stood by me.

What books, movies, or music do you like?

Books: “The Why Café” John Strelecky, “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari” Robin Sharma, “The Art of Game Design: A Book of Lenses” Jesse Schell
Movies: Knockin’ on heaven’s door
Music: Pink Floyd, Enigma, Jean-Michael Jarre

What websites (communities, blogs, etc.) do you find interesting?

It is very complicated because I am subscribed for about 300+ blogs.
